All Pressed & Personal products are made to order in the UK.

Processing time

Please allow approximately 2–4 working days for your personalised item to be created before dispatch.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, Mother’s Day and other seasonal occasions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Personalised orders

Production begins using the personalisation information supplied with your order. Please check names, dates, numbers, photographs and other details carefully before checkout.

Delays

We will always aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe. Occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including postal or courier disruption.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you where possible.
